I summarized the 15 October 2026 Steam news post instead of a Reddit changelog. The guest-bow bug and the cooking-table wild-corn rule are not in this list. If your problem is one of those, the patch did not claim to fix it.

What the note covers

The post lists fixes for missing text in some languages, lobby password removal, controller prompts, the credits, OK and Cancel buttons, dismantled items falling through the floor, refunded drops, backpacks and death bags washing ashore instead of sinking, stack handling, switching backpack contents, native fullscreen on Steam Deck, and Xbox app controller detection.

Older posts about a wiped backpack or a Deck that would not go fullscreen should be re-read against this build. A same-day report still mentioned a lost silver dagger, so I am not declaring every inventory bug closed.
